Observed the following food products to be improperly stored: Boxes of food items were stored on the floor in the walk-in unit. Provide for all of the food to be stored up and off of the floor. Next Inspection
Observed employees/consumers using improper utensils to dispense food products: Cups were found in all of the seasoning jugs located above the pizza prep table and the storage area in the hallway. Provide for only a scoop with a handle to be used. Next Inspection
